01 — Context

The team already used AI, but ad hoc: each developer prompted in their own way, and recurring tasks were still largely done by hand.

02 — Approach

I built a set of Cursor rules and command templates per role and per task type, covering the whole flow: breaking down tasks, planning, implementing, unit testing and documenting. People write the intent, the agent handles the recurring work, and complex user stories are decomposed into plans that several agents can run in parallel. Measurable metrics and a feedback loop keep improving the agent's output.

People write the intent; the agent handles the repetition.

03 — Result

Measured by the time to complete a project with ad hoc AI use versus the structured workflow, productivity rose by 46%.
