01 — Context

An Embedded Programming & IoT website with three sub-sites: online courses, a blog and a parts store. It was a client-rendered Vite + React app, so search engines saw little content and customers struggled to find it on Google.

02 — Approach

I replatformed it on Next.js: server-side rendering for courses and blogs, and Strapi with ISR so the client could manage content and landing pages without code. Image and ad loading were optimized (CLS −25%) and preloading made the app 1.5× faster.

03 — Result

Course and product sales revenue grew by 20% thanks to better SEO and a wider customer reach.

Reducing CLS point by 25% by improving images and advertisements loading.
